Mobile Coffee Catering for Weddings & Events in Aberdeenshire

Since launching in April 2025, Daily Grind Coffee Trailer has served over 12,000 cups of coffee at more than 150 events, bringing locally roasted coffee to weddings, workplaces and community gatherings across Scotland.

We put care into every cup and every booking, delivering friendly, high-quality service wherever the occasion takes us. Our fully self-sufficient coffee trailer carries its own power and water, allowing us to serve in remote locations without relying on venue facilities.

Community matters to us. That’s why we source our coffee from local roaster Caber Coffee, supporting a local business while contributing to mental health charities through their Spill the Beans blend.

From serving at EAGE 2026 at P&J Live to our monthly visits to Bridge of Don Men’s Shed, we’re proud to support both large events and regular community gatherings. Whatever the size of the booking, we bring the same care, quality coffee and friendly service.

We welcome bookings up to 18 months in advance. Our diary fills quickly, so get in touch early to check availability for your wedding, corporate event or special occasion.
